  • Not submit copyrighted content without appropriate permissions or licenses
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to circumvent any security measures

Acceptable Content:

  • Papers published under open access licenses (CC-BY, CC-BY-SA, etc.)
  • arXiv preprints (which grant a non-exclusive license for distribution)
  • Your own original work
  • Content in the public domain

4. Generated Content License

All podcast episodes generated by Strollcast are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

This means you are free to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially

Under the following terms:

  • Attribution — You must give appropriate credit to Strollcast and the original paper authors

5. Intellectual Property

The original research papers remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers. Strollcast creates derivative audio works for educational purposes under fair use principles.

If you are a copyright holder and believe your work has been used inappropriately, please contact us for prompt removal.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All podcast content is generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy:

  • The AI may occasionally misinterpret or simplify technical content
  • Generated podcasts should not be considered a substitute for reading the original paper
  • We recommend verifying critical information against the source material

7. Limitation of Liability

Strollcast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
